The summit is a platform for the advancing and advocating for a gender-sensitive security sector. It targets participation of leaders from different security agencies, IGOs, NGOs and Civil Society and youth representatives. It also covers the recognition of women leaders in the security sector.
WISPAD Annual Forum
The WISPAD Annual Forum is an event that brings together members of the WISPAD network from across the globe to deliberate and discuss on ways to advancing the WPS agenda as well the vision of the network. It sets to promote the activities of members and amplify the voices of women through research, policy papers etc.
WISPAD Webinars
Every quarter, we organise webinars on contemporary issues around peace, security and diplomacy. The discussions as well as presentations forms the basis for further dialogues that shapes policies and promotes reforms.
